SIT30616 – Certificate III in Hospitality

COURSE DURATION/ METHOD OF DELIVERY

The SIT30616 – Certificate III in Hospitality is delivered over 6 – 12 months. In order to provide flexible options, students can choose one of the following delivery options:

  • Classroom environment: Suitable for unemployed students. Content is delivered with weekly classroom sessions at our delivery locations.
  • Flexible delivery: Self-paced learning with one-on-one contact with one of our qualified trainers.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS

To achieve a SIT30616 – Certificate III in Hospitality 15 units must be completed including 7 core units and 8 elective units. This qualification also requires students to complete 36 hospitality service periods.

  • SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety

To successfully complete SITHIND004 36 work shifts must be completed.

To successfully complete SITHFAB004 3 service periods must be completed.

To successfully complete SITHFAB007 5 service periods must be completed.
