The HLT33215 – Certificate III in Health Support Services provides you with the fundamental skillset to start your career in the healthcare industry.

This course will provide you with the skills required to work at an entry level position within a variety of support services roles. The function of these roles are carried out under supervision and require the use of some discretion and judgement. Workers in these roles do not deliver direct care to clients but may provide a team leadership, workplace training or leading hand function.

Successful completion of this course will also provide you with the foundation skills needed to undertake further study in the healthcare industry.

Course Delivery

The HLT33215 – Certificate III in Health Support Services is delivered within 12 months.

Students can choose one of the following delivery options:

  • Classroom environment: Face-to-face classroom sessions at our delivery locations, at school or on campus as negotiated (conditional on minimum numbers); or
  • Flexible delivery: Self-paced learning with one-on-one contact with a trainer.
